  • Details of of different experimental scenarios for implementation and the related noise analysis for the mechanisms described in our paper "An atomtronics transistor for quantum gates" by M. Gajdacz, T. Opatrny and Kunal K. Das, can be found in the Suppplement-ATQG.

  • The following video files (.AVI format) display the time evolution of the probability density in a single gate cycle for different scenarios, starting with species A initially in the left well of the triple-well potential; similar evolution occurs when species A is initially in the right well.

For the static potential, the evolution of Species A is shown in the following files with species B absent and with species B present. When species B is present, the evolution of both species is shown as the time-propagation of the joint two-dimensional density of A (along horizontal axis) and species B (along vertical axis).

  • Static - B absent.avi :The potential is shown as red lines; it does not change with time. With species B absent, species A revives in the original extreme well (left) at the end of the cycle.
  • Static - B present.avi: With species B present, species A is localized in the other extreme well (right) at the end of the cycle.

For the dynamic potential, the evolution of Species A is shown in the following files with species B absent and with species B present. When species B is present, the evolution of both species is shown as the time-propagation of the joint two-dimensional density of A (along horizontal axis) and B (along vertical axis). Snapshots from these files appear in Fig. 5 of the paper.

Dynamic - B absent.avi: The potential is shown as red lines; it also evolves with time. With species B absent, species A revives in the original extreme well (left) at the end of the cycle.
Dynamic - B present.avi:With species B present, species A is localized in the other extreme well (right) at the end of the cycle.
