I am an associate professor in the Department of Geography at Kutztown University. I graduated as forestry engineer at the National University of Asunción, Paraguay. I completed graduate degrees in geography at the University of Memphis and the University of Texas at Austin. I have studied the mapping of dynamic landscapes, rural livelihoods, and the social-environmental impacts of development and conservation policies. I also study street art. I have taught courses in human and physical geography, geographic information systems, remote sensing, environmental science, and research methods.
