very soon, I heard from immigration lawer.
Quebec immigration offices in NY is still open. I do know other place.

I do not know the point system of Quebec. I did my application
through lawer. I was told that peopl can find the point system of Quebec
in immigration books which are easy to find in public libraries (ask
librarian to help you).
