Slide 1: Product Description
- One sentence describing your product
Slide 2: Software Process Model Description
- What process model did you choose?
- Why? (3 bullets max)
Slide 3: Product Discovery
- Lessons learned from working through scope model (context, actors, user stories, use cases)
- 3 - 5 bullets
Slide 4: Matrix of Responsibilities
- Show matrix
- What is the biggest unknown or skill needed?
- How will your resolve this?
Slide 5: PERT / Gantt Chart
- Pick one chart to show
- Is the schedule reasonable?
- Will the project be complete by Demo Day?
Slide 6: Test Strategy
- What is the definition of done?
- What does success look like?
Slide 7: User Experience Wireframes
- Walk through one user story or use case
- How did this help you understand the user’s perspective?
Slide 8: Risk Management Plan
- What are the top three risks?
- Which one to prototype verify/mitigate the risk?
Slide 9: Tools
- List of tools required for the project and their use
- Identify the ones for configuration and version control
Slide 10: Architecture
- List of hardware, software or systems required for the product
- Include any associated costs
- Identify what you know and what you need to research

- What are the 3-4 biggest lessons learned from the process of creating a Software Development Plan?
Submission
The team leader must submit the document to the appropriate folder on D2L before the deadline.
