• Contribution

  • What percentage of the total deliverable were they responsible for?
  • Explain any percentage less than 20% in the comments.

• Cooperation and ability to work with the team (attendance, contribution at meetings and discussions, carrying out designated tasks, dealing with problems). Rank contribution on a scale of 0 (no contribution) to 10 (maximum) contribution; explain any ranking below 7 in the comments.
