Impact: All Single Sign On (SSO) services (MyKU, D2L, Zoom, etc.), and all pages on the university website will be down and unavailable during this window.

What: MyKU updates
Impact: MyKU will be unavailable during this maintenance window.

Tuesday, March 14th
Time: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
What: Miscellaneous server upgrades
Impact: There could be brief intermittent network connectivity issues during the upgrade window.

Wednesday, March 15th
Time: 8:00am – 9:00am
What: Miscellaneous server upgrades
Impact: VPN connectivity will be unavailable during the upgrade window.

Time: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
What: Web application server updates
Impact: Miscellaneous web applications (Faculty websites, online forms, employee directory, policy register, checksheets, transfer rules) will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
