Right click on the picture,
*To change appearance, choose Style>Scheme>Ball and Stick, or Spacefill, or wire frame.
*To make measurements, click on Measurements>Click for Distance Measurement> then click on two atoms for distance between.
    Click on Angle measurements, then on any three atoms for the included angle.
