The second 50% of reliability checks were to be done by Brooke Marton, Matt Cohen, Morgan Milano, and Megan Carson. At this point, Brooke and Matt have confirmed that they have done theirs, but I have not yet done any triple checking of their checks.

I emailed Morgan Milano to see how her reliability checks are coming.

Where are we with your reliability checks of the Stats(SE) data? I have an email exchange in which you said you were going to meet with me on Wed. 11/7/18 to do them with me watching so that I could make sure they were okay. Did we do that?

Brittani Ritter stopped in. She had been put to work reading the KLI paper. She wanted to know what else she could do. I sent her two versions of the Interleaving paper. The first version was the one rejected by Instructional Science (the first version I sent - with all six experiments). The second one was the version rejected by JARMAC (cut down to the last two experiments). I also sent her the reviews from JARMAC.

She wondered what would come next I explained that by the beginning of next semester we should be designing new experiments and the readings she did would put her in a position to help. I also said that if she was going to be here more years (she will graduate not this May, but next Dec.) she could be even more involved and go to conferences to present. She asked if she could stay involved if she was graduated but still in the area and I told her she could. I advised her to stay with my research if it interested her, but to consider switching if some other research topic was more interesting.
