These submarines were created and cut from corrugated cardboard by KU Fine Arts graduate Scott Porcelli, who hung them in the RL Quiet Study Area.

Connoisseurs will recognize some genuine articles among these three dozen Unterseeboote, but many are purely fanciful.

Seen from different angles, from a distance, from within or from behind, this overhead-undersea armada playfully torpedoed viewers' assumptions.
