2. Avoid dead time

    a. Logging off/on

    b. Retrieving info over Net

    c. Hunting for stuff

    d. Setup disruption

3. Personas/concepts

    a. Let concepts emanate from user

    b. Where is the project center?

 

Presentation:

1. Cadence

    a. Good example – “I have a dream” speech

    b. Pauses to allow absorption or for effect

    c. If you’ve got rhythm, you’re with ‘em.

    d. Maintain flow

    e. Avoid choppiness in speech patterns ð preparation

2. Threads

    a. Make sure there is a thread to follow

    b. Follow the thread to

          i. Maintain flow

          ii. Avoid leaps & jumps

          iii. Provide transition phrases & segues

3. Excitement

4. Let concept  be driving force

5. Where’s the logic?

6. What is the value added?

7. Forest/trees problem

8. Eye contact

    a. Talk to  us
