Dr. Rhoads is an Associate Professor in the College of Business, mainly teaching the Business 171 Business Computer Applications course.

Dr. Rhoads is also the founder of an executive advisory firm, ETM Associates, Inc..  ETM Associates guides corporations when they need it most.  ETM Associates helps CEOs, CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and Boards of Directors make the kind of decisions that lead to stratospheric returns on strategic technology projects. Dr. Rhoads started her career by building Computer Educational Services, a highly successful computer training and consulting firm.<more details here>  She moved onto senior level executive at several financial firms before going back into the entrepreneurial world. Her current focus is on research, and she spends a great deal of time speaking and presenting her findings in both academic and industry conferences. She has just finished a book for Prentice Hall, and is working on Entrepreneur's Guide to Managing Information Technology (Greenwood/Praeger, due out in 2008)
