If you are local or on campus:
You can take the exams
and the final with me at KU. This option has the advantage that you can ask me questions during an exam.
If you cannot come to campus:

If you live too far to drive to campus, then find a proctor.
The proctor will be asked to submit documents that verify his/her position.

All proctor information must be transmitted to me at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of an exam. |

Find a mutually convenient time for you and your proctor. Certain date & time restrictions may apply. Details will be emailed to you and your proctor. |

When you are finished with an exam, the proctor should fax the exam to me. A fax number will be emailed to the proctor. |

Makeup Exam |
You must have a valid verifiable proof for your absence to request a makeup.
(For example, if you were ill, you must provide a note from a doctor’s office.)
If your request is granted, the makeup is given during the week before the finals week. |

The final is worth 100 points and its structure is the same as other exams.
The final is cumulative. |
