What you should bring to class (If this is an on-campus course)

Four color pens or pencils (RED, GREEN, BLUE, ORANGE)

Prepare your computer

Install the latest versions of the following (free) software on your computer (Mac or PC):

	Software	Purpose
	Adobe Reader	To open PDF files.
	iTunes	Click here to see the instructions on how to listen to podcasts.
	QuickTime Player	These players let you view various multimedia-enabled webpages at this site.
	Flash Player
	LiveMath Plug-In	If you are in any calculus course, then download this plugin. To view LiveMath-enabled webpages. For Windows OS, use only Firefox. Do NOT use Internet Explorer. For Mac OS, use only Camino. Do NOT use Safari or Firefox.

Student Email is hosted by Microsoft on Exchange through the Live@edu program.
Go to this link to log in.

If you have any issues with your KU email account, email the IT Help Center or call them at (610) 683-1511 ASAP.

All mass mailing to the students in your course will be sent to your KU email address.
