Math 171 (one semester 3 credit hour the first of 4 courses 171 - 172 - 273 - 274 all 3 credit hours) no longer exists - which is a great thing.  It has been replaced with Math 181 (one semester 4 credit hours the first of three course 181- 182 - 283).
