Kevin McCloskey, Masters of Fine Arts, School of Visual Arts, NY, NY.
Illustration and essays have appeared in: the Village Voice, the New York Times, NY Daily News, Philadelphia Inquirer. Founding member of the Hoboken Historical Museum and author of the guidebook Walking Around Hoboken. Author and illustrator of the children's picture book Mrs. Fitz's Flamingos. His animated short film, The Adventures of Young William Penn appeared on WHYY.

New work: A series of sequential illustrations for Carrier Pigeon magazine will published in late 2014. "We Dig Worms," a children's book written and illustrated by Kevin McCloskey and art directed by Francoise Mouly will be published by Toon Books in 2015.

Research interest: Mexican Political Prints. Co-curator of the exhibition La Tinta Grita, The Ink Shouts at the Fowler Museum, Los Angeles, CA.
