Kutztown University College of Education ELU 207 Health and Physical Education for Elementary School Children To promote muscular strength and endurance, partners pull each other around obstacles from a cross-legged, kneeling or standing position. This activity called Water Skiing, uses carpet squares on wood floors and short ropes (or bamboo poles) for pulling. Works upper body and core of the skier, legs and upper body of the puller.
