KEN EHRENSAL is Associate Professor in the Management Department at Kutztown University and Past Director of the Berks/Lehigh Center of the SSHE Labor Education Institute. Previously he was on the faculty of St. Francis College (Brooklyn, New York) and Pace University. 

Ken has a B.A. in Anthropology from Fordham University, a M.A. in Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania, a M.B.A. in International Business from Pace University and a M.Phil. in Organization and Policy Studies from the City University of New York. He is currently matriculated in the Anthropology Program at Temple University where he is completing a Ph.D. in Linguistic Anthropology focusing on Language and Professional Socialization of Undergraduate Business Students.

Ken spent AY 2003-2004 on sabbatical from Kutztown University and conducted an ethnographic study of undergraduate Introduction to Management classrooms at a large, publicly funded university with an AACSB accredited business school.

His research interests include the application of critical theory to management education, radical organization theory, the politics of strategic decision making and the ethnography of communication.

At Kutztown, Ken teaches Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, International Management, Freshman Seminar in Business and Introduction to International Studies.
