complete this assignment.)
You will be marked absent from class if you do not
complete this assignment. If you complete the assignment satisfactorily, you
may earn up to five bonus points.
Instructions:
- Click on the
Electronic Workbook icon on the course homepage.
- Click
on Content by Chapter.
- Select a chapter and
a content page within the chapter. Choose one content page from
Chapter 20 or Chapter 21. For example, there are two content
pages in Chapter 21; the titles of content
pages “The Coastal Zone” and “The West Coast Versus
the East Coast of the United
States.” You are to choose one
of these content pages, do not do both.
- Answer in your own
words all questions and perform all tasks in the Analysis
and Link and Learn sections of the content pages you
choose. You will not receive any credit unless there is evidence of a
serious and honest effort in your writing (i.e., bonus points are not
automatic). No credit is awarded if your answers are copied verbatim
(without proper quotation) from the textbook or from some other source.
No credit is awarded, if I feel that you have
plagiarized by using words/ideas of another student. "But we worked
together on this . . ." is not an acceptable excuse for any
similarities.
- Hand in the assignment
(stapled and signed) on Wednesday, October 11 (the first class meeting
following Columbus Day).
