| Parallelepiped Given three vectors in 3-D, we can form a parallelepiped (assuming that they do not lie in the same plane): Presented below are u = 〈1, 0, 0〉, v = 〈0, 5, 0〉, and w = 〈4, 7, 10〉. Below the graphs under the comment Vectors, you will see various parameters for drawing these vectors. Feel free to change these parameters and see how vectors change. And, under the comment Sides, you will see the parameters that draw the remaining sides of the parallelepiped. It is important that you understand why these parameters are set as is. Remember, if the drawing gets out of hand, you can always reload the page to start over. |
