From time to time, I make streaming videos of our classes available on the web.
 
All streaming videos at my site are encoded in MPEG-4 for better compression algorithms and smaller footprint. To view a video, you need QuickTime Player. Most computers now come with this player pre-installed. If not, go here to download your free copy.
 
Apple Macintosh computers support MPEG-4 natively. If you are a Windows PC user, click here for MPEG-4 support on Windows Media Player.
